For short meetings (2 hours maximum) during the day a charge of £6/hour will be made - only applies to Outwood Residents making 25 or more bookings per year.
Alan Chilvers Room - £10 per meeting
Table Hire £2.50 per table per day for exterior hire
* A returnable deposit of £100 will be required for all bookings indicated *
A returnable deposit of £50 will be required for all parties, unless advised otherwise.
Some bookings of the hall will incur a higher premium and deposit.
