OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL                    

Draft Minutes of the Council Meeting held on Tuesday 22nd February 2016        

at the Church Room

Present                                  Cllrs I Frow, R Yeldham, N Wyer and B Gosling.  Parish Clerk L Charlesworth.

                                               Also present:  Cllrs H Windsor, Mr N Shaw, Mrs J Howard, Mr J Blackmore and other members of the public.

                                              

22/0201 Apologies                Cllrs M Baldock and G Wates.

22/0202 Minutes                    The minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

22/0203 Declaration              None

22/0204Local Plan                Cllr Gosling outlined the background to the Local Plan Issues and Approaches document. A group of concerned Parish Councils within the Tandridge District Council area have commissioned an Expert Opinion Document providing a critical analysis of the TDC case for a new Local District Plan. The organisers have requested support for the document and to make a contribution towards its cost. It is resolved that Outwood Parish Council will co-sign the document, and support the cost of it up to a maximum sum of £300. Proposed; Cllr Gosling Seconded: Cllr Yeldham.

22/0205 Next Meeting         The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 1^st March at                                       8.00pm in the Church Room.
