10/0702 Minutes                             The minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

10/0704County Councillor         Not present and no report received.

 10/0705 District Councillor       Cllr Fitzgerald reported on the Local Plan; 305 houses planned in Smallfield.

10/0706 NT                                       Not present but report received; dragonfly expert will be visiting the common on 13th July.

10/0707Planning                             2018/1025 Sawmills Green Lane Erection of a storage building for timber for a temporary 3 year period (retrospective); no objection to this, but concern expressed regarding increased traffic to and from the site. Mr Needham was concerned about a notice put up on the entrance t this site regarding this planning application.

2018/1139 Beechfield, Moats Lane: Proposed two pitch site for settled gypsy accommodation including retention of existing brick stables/day room to provide utility building and removal of existing garage and chicken coop buildings; revised application - the alternative to application 2017/2394 'Continued stationing of mobile home'. (Retrospective); Strongly object.

 2018/1261 Woolborough Hatch Woolborough Lane. Demolition of existing attached garage. Erection of two storey side extension incorporating first floor balcony to front elevation. Alterations to fenestration including external cladding (stained black timber) to main dwelling and detached triple bay garage. (Part Retrospective); no local objections

Speedwatch – Not present and no report.

10/0712 Reports                              Highways and Speed Limits. R and J Wells to be contacted to cut and clear Dayseys Hill. To be reviewed for 2018/19.

Lloyd Hall –  Cllr Gosling reported that the next LHMC meeting will be held on Wed 25th July. The notice to request contact regarding  ownership of the strip of land alongside Brickfield Rd has appeared in the Surrey Mirror. LHMC to review if financially viable once planning permission is obtained. The Parish Council has resolved to cover the costs of obtaining planning permission only.

Aviation and Transport-Mr Blackmore reported on the RACC AGM in Bletchingley.

Community – Excellent Heritage Day at St John’s on 23rd June. Halfway through the repairs to the stonework to the church. Awaiting news on churchyard extension from TDC planning; there are only 5 plots remaining.
