Draft Minutes of the Council Meeting held on Thursday 16^th August 2018        

at the Church Room

16/0801 Apologies                         Cllr Bourne and Mr J Blackmore

16/0802 Declarations                   Outwood Parish Council submitted application 2018/1366 on behalf of the Lloyd Hall Management Committee

                                                              

16/0803 Planning                            2018/1271 Sawmills Green Lane; Change of use of land and buildings to sawmill, B1, B2 and B8 use (Retrospective) Objections to this application were made by all those present. The Clerk was instructed to compile a summary of the objections and circulate to all Cllrs for approval before sending to TDC by the extended deadline of 24^th August 2018.

2018/1366 Lloyd Hall Brickfield Rd; Formation of hard-standing area. Case officer has visited the site, and has suggested that the length of the area be reduced. Mr Morle to revert to TDC with further justification including road safety concerns.

16/0804 Next Meeting                The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 11^th September.
