MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 8TH FEBRUARY AT 7.30PM IN THE CHURCH ROOM WASP GREEN LANE, OUTWOOD.

PRESENT:                                             Cllrs. Howard (Chair), Baldock, Gosling De Wiggondene-Sheppard and Wyer

APOLOGIES:                                       District Cllr. Gillman, County Cllr C Farr

PUBLIC QUESTIONS:                       Pothole at the bottom of Rookery Hill – to be reported to SCC.

The Green Lane Fly tipping has still not been dealt with

Piles of building rubbish in the field next to Woolborough Farm, Green Lane and building work in progress towards the rear of the property -  Clerk to report rubbish to Enforcement and check the planning permission in place re building work.

Meeting of the Redhill Aerodrome Committee scheduled for week after Parish Council meeting.

04/0626                COMMUNITY MATTERS

      1. To note St. John The Baptist Church decision re Burial Ground – Members were disappointed at the outcome of 8 years of negotiations and efforts to acquire additional land for the burial ground.  The Clerk was instructed t write to TDC, expressing disappointment in the delay in drafting up a new Compulsory Purchase Order to move things forward.                                                               AGREED
      2. To discuss waste management at R&S Skips – Complaints have been received re the growing spoil at Norman’s Corner.   The planning permission restricts vehicle movements to. This condition needs reinforcing by the planning authority, SCC.  Environment Agency Hotline Number is 0800807060, for Councillors, clerk and public to report                                                                                                                     AGREED
      3. Fly tipping on Green Lane – The Clerk was instructed to write to the Environment Agency on this matter.
