MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 3^rd MAY AT 7.30PM IN THE CHURCH ROOM WASP GREEN LANE, OUTWOOD.

05/0632                MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING 

1. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 4^th April 2023 – These had been circulated in advance and proposed by Cllr. N de Wiggondene- Sheppard, seconded by Cllr. N Wyer and signed as a true record                                                                                                                        RESOLVED

The Chair thanked Cllrs. Gosling and Wyer for their hard work and commitment to the community as Councillors

Application:                      2023/326

Proposal:                           Erection of a 10.8m x 10.4m timber building (certificate of Lawfulness for a proposed development)

                                Location:                             Portfield Farm, Woolborough Lane, Outwood

STILL AWAITING FURTHER INFORMATION – Depending on the time scales the Clerk was given delegated authority to respond, (after collating comments) on behalf of the Council                                                                                                                          RESOLVED

05/0637                AVIATION AND TRANSPORT

It was reported that a planning application had been submitted to the Inspectorate in Bristol to repurposed the emergency runway at Gatwick to a 2^nd Runway following a period of consultation

05/0638                COMMUNITY MATTERS

1. 1. 1. To note TDC response re Burial Ground – it was NOTED with satisfaction that TDC had produced the correct Compulsory Purchase Order in order for the Church to move forward with this necessary project.

05/0638                TO CONSIDER AND PREPARE FOR ANNUAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL ON 17^TH MAY – it was NOTED that the agenda would include ratifying of policies and procedures together with other necessary actions.

05/0639                TO CONSIDER QUESTION FROM RESIDENT ON ACTIVITIES AT DOG AND DUCK

It was NOTED that whilst there was no infringement of any regulations for these the Parish Council would raise these concerns with the Neighbourhood Policing Team
