MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON 7TH JUNE 2023 IN THE CHURCH ROOM, WASP GREEN LANE, OUTWOOD

PRESENT:                             Cllrs. Howard (Chair), Baldock, de Wiggondene-Shepphard, Devlin and Malley

IN ATTENDNCE:            The Clerk, District Cllrs. Farr, Gillman and Smith

ALSO PRESENT:             3 Members of the Public

PUBLIC QUESTIONS:       Concern was again raised about the Fly-tipping in Green Lane.  It was noted that the Council had reported this to TDC and the Environment Agency.  Members of the public were urged to report this situation to the Environment Agency as well.  kaya.haefeli@environment-agency.gov.uk

                                                               

Concern raised about the excessive building rubbish at Woolborough Farm.  Planning Enforcement had been notified

The Chair confirmed that the arish Council would have a stall at the Village Show on 2nd September

Regular Volunteering Events – This was considered a good idea and the first one was arranged for 20th August for hedge maintenance – meeting at 1pm in Wells Field

Trim Trail Strolls – It was felt that evening walks along the all-weather footpath to the Trim Trail would introduce more people to it.  The first one will be on Monday 24th July at 7pm.  To meet in front of Lloyd Hall.                                                            AGREED
