MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF OUTWOOD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON WEDNESDAY  6TH MARCH 2024 AT 7.30PM IN THE CHURCH ROOM, WASP GREEN LANE, OUTWOOD

Cllr. Devlin proposed that Cllr. Baldock act as Chair for the meeting.  This was seconded by Cllr. Malley and RESOLVED

03/00730              COMMUNITY MATTERS

  1. First Aid Courses – It was NOTED that St John’s Ambulance had paused its Community Advocate Programme.  The Clerk was asked to follow up in due course
  2. National Trust – The volunteers have been busy clearing fallen trees and fly tipping (including a dumped caravan)– the latter is becoming an issue of concern - NOTED
  3. Emergency Planning – a draft of the Emergency Plan for Outwood have been circulated in advance and a few minor details needed updating.  Cllr. Devlin was approved as the Emergency Co-ordinator.                                                                                                                            RESOVLED
  4. TONE – There had been several emails including Claire Coutinho MP, the contents of which were

The date was AGREED as 8th Aril, 2024.  Village organisations to be invited to speak.  There will be a video presentation on Neighbourhood Planning by Emma Amies.
